What you’ll be doing Campaign Sidekick: Support the launch, monitoring, and optimization of media campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Reddit, TikTok, and beyond. Digital Touchpoint Explorer: Assist in managing our website, virtual tours, blog, emails, and marketplaces to make sure our digital presence shines. Acquisition Apprentice: Help optimize strategies to attract new members, retain them, and keep acquisition costs in check. Testing Enthusiast: Contribute to A/B testing, CRO efforts, and SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic. Growth Hacker in Training: Spot new opportunities and help us scale what works. Creative Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with our design team to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice. Data Detective: Gain exposure to campaign reporting, performance monitoring, and analytics. What we’re looking for A genuine interest in online marketing, advertising, and data. A proactive, solution-driven attitude with an eagerness to learn. An analytical mindset – you enjoy diving into KPIs and spotting insights. Some knowledge (or at least curiosity!) about digital marketing tools like Google Ads, SEO, or social media platforms. Strong communication skills and a team spirit.
