Up to 10% travel may be required. /ph3Role Overview /h3pDesign and deliver rigorous market access analytics to support evidence generation and health technology assessment submissions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and conduct analyses aligned to payer and regulatory evidentiary requirements. /liliLead indirect treatment comparisons (MAIC, STC, NMA, ML‑NMR), observational studies, and comparative effectiveness analyses. /liliProvide guidance on statistical methodologies and programming approaches. /liliLead end‑to‑end delivery of evidence‑generation workstreams, including systematic reviews, feasibility assessments, protocol development, statistical analysis plans, and technical reports/publications. /liliApply advanced statistical methods such as regression modeling, mixed‑effects models, survival analysis, propensity score methods, and non‑parametric techniques. /liliCollaborate with internal functions (Global Market Access, RD, Medical Affairs, Health Economics Modeling, Epidemiology) to develop evidence‑generation strategies. /liliEngage external partners, providing scientific and technical input to support joint research initiatives. /li /ulh3Qualifications Requirements /h3ulliProficiency in statistical programming (R, SAS, and other relevant tools). /liliExperience designing and applying statistical methods for comparative effectiveness research, including indirect treatment comparisons. /liliHands‑on experience with diverse data sources: clinical trial data, systematic literature review data, administrative claims, EHR, and clinical registries. /liliStrong organizational skills and track record of meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. /liliEffective project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and execution across concurrent workstreams. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /liliAdvanced degree (Master’s or higher) in biostatistics, mathematics, computational sciences, economics, public health, health administration, or operations research. /liliMinimum 6+ years of relevant experience (or 4+ years with a doctoral degree) in pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting environments. /liliTrack record in indirect treatment comparisons and comparative effectiveness research, preferably supporting HTA or agency submissions and publications. /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliStatistical programming (R, SAS, etc.) /liliDesign and application of comparative effectiveness research methods. /liliData analysis across multiple health data sources. /li /ulh3Preferred Skills /h3ulliAgility, commercial awareness, competitive landscape analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, customer intelligence, global market, go‑to‑market strategies, health economics, health intelligence, market knowledge, market opportunity assessment, mentorship, organizing, pricing strategies, regulatory compliance, strategic change, tactical planning, technical credibility. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pBase pay range: $137,000 – $235,750 USD (primary location).
