Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join a leading multinational food company, focusing on the candies category .
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and execution-oriented, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational project management. This position requires frequent interaction with global and regional marketing teams .
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead brand strategy and integrated communication plans aligned with both global and local brand positioning and local market needs
* Coordinate the innovation and portfolio renovation pipeline from concept to in-store execution
* Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and generate insights
* Manage the product portfolio, including pricing strategy, assortment, and lifecycle management
* Manage the category P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
* Lead relationships with creative and media agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance teams
* Lead, develop, and motivate a team of analysts, fostering a culture of learning and high performance
* Present plans and performance results to local and global stakeholders on a regular basis
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
* Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in the food or snacks industry
* Proven experience in brand management, portfolio management, and product innovation, ideally with global brands.
* Strong knowledge of P&L management
* Fluent English (mandatory) – used daily in interactions with global and regional teams
* Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
