Overview
We are looking for a Community Lead responsible for building and strengthening the connection between Natura and Avon brands with their audiences, turning consumers and followers into an active and engaged community.
Responsibilities
* Identify and activate groups, niches and profiles aligned with the brands.
* Develop strategies to transform the audience into an active and engaged community.
* Manage communities in partnership with Activation, Experiences, Social, Influencers, Services, Collabs, Licensing, PR and CRM teams.
* Plan the brand's action calendar for the communities.
* Structure processes and routines to allow scalability of the operation.
* Define metrics and establish feedback loops from data collected in actions.
Qualifications
* Experience in branding, social media, PR, community or related fields.
* Experience with planning and executing organic strategies.
* Ability to combine strategic vision with day‑to‑day execution.
* Strong communication skills and sensitivity for brand building.
* Experience managing a team or leading projects.
* Ability to monitor and evolve engagement and brand metrics.
* Availability to work at São Paulo website (NASP).
Desirable: Advanced English, intermediate Spanish, experience in collaborations, PR or cultural initiatives, event activation or brand activations, strong cultural repertoire and audience behavior understanding.
