Infrastructure Analyst | Tech Support (English Required)
As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will ensure stable, secure, and efficient environments that support our clients’ strategic projects, delivering solutions that connect people, processes and technology.
* Lead and align support engineers with business goals.
* Develop readiness plans and upskill programs to close technical and soft‑skill gaps.
* Mentor engineers on technical challenges, case management, and best practices.
* Serve as the primary escalation point for complex cases, managing them end‑to‑end.
* Oversee resolution of highly complex cases, ensuring solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers throughout the process.
* Review customer feedback and implement service‑delivery improvements.
* Ensure adherence to company standards and compliance with data handling protocols.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to increase support efficiency.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting, technical documentation, business relationship management, and customer advocacy.
* Solid technical support experience, with subject‑matter expertise.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities in complex technical environments.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
* Excellent communication skills and executive presence for managing escalations end‑to‑end.
* Preferred: Microsoft technology certifications and experience with Windows technical support.
Data & AI Practice – AI Engineer
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions.
* Implement AI solutions on Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
* Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring quality and accessibility for model development and production.
* Operate AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, using services such as Azure ML, Azure AI Search, Azure Databricks, Azure OpenAI Service, Foundry Tools, or equivalents.
* Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support integration of AI models into production systems.
* Stay current with AI/ML research, tools, and best practices; share knowledge proactively.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in model performance, data quality, and deployment pipelines.
* Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Data & AI Practice – Data Engineer
* Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data collection, transformation, and storage.
* Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for integration into data warehouses or data lakes.
* Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, cleaning, and monitoring.
* Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.
* Implement and manage data storage solutions, optimizing for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
* Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, resolving issues to maintain high system reliability.
* Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives across the data lifecycle.
* Document data processes, architectures, and best practices for ongoing knowledge sharing.
ICOE Digital Identity Architect (United Kingdom)
* Design and implement Digital Identity solutions, focusing on Microsoft Digital Identity capabilities and leading security vendors such as Saviynt and One Identity.
* Engage in client‑facing roles, supporting pre‑sales and delivery for cutting‑edge Digital Identity projects.
* Operate across pre‑sales, client delivery, and internal initiatives, with a focus on innovation, training, and thought leadership.
* Balance time between project delivery (up to 70%) and ownership of asset and offering development and training (up to 30%).
* Support global Digital Identity solutions that integrate Zero Trust Network Access and Service Edge capabilities.
Business Applications Presales Senior Manager (Portugal)
* Lead commercial strategy for BizApps, aligning with regional leadership.
* Drive adoption of Dynamics 365 through proven implementation experience.
* Coordinate joint strategy with Microsoft and partners to maximize co‑selling opportunities.
* Define a clear value proposition for clients.
* Represent Avanade in public presentations, industry events, and executive client meetings.
* Translate client requirements into scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 and custom business applications.
* Build strong client relationships and advise on business transformation initiatives.
* Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on proposals, including effort estimation and solution approach.
* Lead demos, workshops, and presales activities, and guide clients on BizApps adoption, architecture, integration, governance, and evolution.
