You will be responsible for opening and processing insurance claim files. You will also be in charge of handling damage payments and other insurance-related inquiries. Additionally, you will stay in contact with clients (via phone or email) for any missing or additional information.

-Excellent English and good Polish language skills.
-Dutch is not required, but a plus.
-Ability to work in a structured manner.
-A first experience in administration or equivalent by diploma.
This is a full-time position with on-the-job training. The company promotes a healthy work-life balance, prioritizing employee well-being. Working hours are flexible, and after training, you will have the opportunity to work remotely up to three days a week.
