As a RICE Manager within Oracle Cloud implementations, you will oversee the end‑to‑end management of the RICE (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions) deliverables, ensuring quality and alignment with project timelines. You will act as the key liaison between functional teams, technical teams, and client stakeholders, driving workflow governance, approvals, issue resolution, and successful delivery across complex, large‑scale implementations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the RICE workflow, including review and approval cycles.
* Delegate tasks and manage the timeline of activities related to spec writing, internal reviews, client spec approvals, dev initiation, internal testing, CRP testing, migration, and cutover.
* Drive and support dependency management and issue resolution across Peloton functional and tech teams, and client business and IT.
* Assist in creating and maintaining the project plan for RICE deliverables and the RICE tracker.
* Collaborate with other cross‑functional teams to enhance products and services offered to our customers.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS, or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in large‑scale multi‑pillar implementations.
* Exposure to Oracle Implementation programs and a sound understanding of the RICE workflow (Reporting, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions).
* Experience delivering project status updates internally and externally to multiple stakeholders.
* Previous experience managing the RICE workflow, internal hand‑offs, and client approval.
* Previous project management experience within Oracle Cloud implementation programs.
* Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications
* PMP Certification.
