Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented High Volume Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles. This individual will handle large candidate pipelines, conduct many interviews daily, and ensure a seamless hiring process for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The role demands success in a fast‑paced environment while recruiting across diverse and customized positions—including technical, healthcare, operations, and other specialized roles—maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume hiring across multiple roles and departments
* Conduct a high volume of daily interviews and candidate screenings
* Source candidates through job boards, databases, social platforms, and outbound outreach
* Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on role‑specific requirements
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs, including customized or niche roles
* Track and report recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, conversion rates, and hiring progress
* Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Core Requirements
* Detail‑oriented with the ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications and maintain precise records
* Proven capability to conduct high‑volume interviews across a diverse range of roles (e.g., technical, healthcare, operations, other customized positions)
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles, schedules, and candidate pipelines simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and internal teams
* Ability to clearly explain job requirements, provide timely updates, and maintain strong candidate relationships
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in high‑volume recruitment, staffing agencies, or BPO environments
* Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques
* Experience recruiting across multiple industries or role types
* Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and performance tracking
* Experience with remote or global hiring processes
