Missions
We are seeking a skilled and motivated system administrator to join our team.
* You will be working in a team of system administrators, maintaining and helping to evolve GOVCERT’s IT infrastructure in a largely Linux oriented environment;
* Install, configure, and maintain network equipment;
* Install, configure, and maintain our server infrastructure as well as user devices;
* You will be helping to monitor the systems for their correct functioning as well as debug and fix any issues that may arise;
* You will be supporting existing RDBMS and NoSQL solutions;
* Help with the automation and hardening of the infrastructure;
* Evolving an existing Kubernetes setup;
* Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Linux, IT-security, data engineering;
* Recommend innovative solutions to improve our infrastructure;
* Taking part in on-call duties.
Profil
Compétences techniques
* Experience as a system administrator with a strong understanding of IT-security principles and best practices;
* Experience with programming and related tooling (Git, Python, Bash, etc.);
* Strong knowledge in administrating Linux, especially Debian/Ubuntu;
* Strong knowledge in network protocols and experience in debugging and the resolution of networking issues;
* Experience with configuration managment and automation tools (e.g. Salt, Ansible);
* Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Icinga);
* Experience with, or strong motiviation to learn and master Kubernetes;
* Experience in administrating SQL, NoSQL and other types of databases.

Atouts
* Solid command of Luxembourgish;
* Good knowldge of mail server technologies (Postfix, Dovecot);
* Good knowldge of file server technologies (Samba, NFS, Gluster, MinIO, etc.);
* Good knowldge of Elasticsearch, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, Redis;
* Other programming languages.
Conditions d’admission
Le poste peut être brigué sous le statut du fonctionnaire ou de l’employé de l’État.
Si vous souhaitez postuler sous le statut du fonctionnaire, vous devrez au préalable avoir réussi l’épreuve d’aptitude générale (EAG). Les candidats ayant réussi à l’EAG restent admissibles aux épreuves spéciales pendant une durée de 5 ans (à compter à partir de la décision de la commission d’examen). Diplômes
Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’État du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un master en Informatique ou de son équivalent.
Le grade ou diplôme requis doit correspondre au moins au niveau 7 tel que défini par le Cadre luxembourgeois des qualifications.
Langues
Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe A1.
Nationalité
Vous avez la nationalité luxembourgeoise.
Le titulaire devra obtenir une habilitation de sécurité du niveau secret (loi modifiée du 15 juin 2004 relative à la classification des pièces et aux habilitations de sécurité)
