We're looking for a Product Manager As a Product Manager in our organization, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our solutions, making sure they solve real customer & market problems and support business growth. You will act as the bridge between the market, management, sales, IT, UX design, and other business teams, turning your analysis, knowledge and insights into clear product requirements that are supported by the market. Your focus is on delivering scalable, user-centric solutions that align with company goals and that you continuously improve through data-driven iteration. As a Product Manager in the Ordering, Procurement & Selling Domain, you focus on digitalizing and streamlining the full lifecycle of vehicle and asset ordering processes. You connect capabilities that handle ordering, registration (Mobiorder), and deregistration of vehicles, ensuring smooth transitions through critical end-of-life (return & selling) processes (Mobiclear). You also oversee order validation workflows and enable secure, standardized eInvoicing through PEPPOL (Mobipay) to ensure seamless ordering transactions. Your responsibility is to ensure that the ecosystem of ordering and procurement solutions is integrated, efficient, and compliant, delivering a frictionless experience for customers and partners. Job Tasks Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking through interviews, studies, and trend monitoring. Support management in identifying and prioritizing product portfolio opportunities. You will translate our organization’s strategic vision to concrete tactical plans and steering mechanisms. Contribute to defining the product vision and roadmap in line with strategic company objectives. Develop business cases and pricing models in collaboration with Finance. Contribute to go-to-market strategies, including marketing plans, communication materials, tools, and training. Collaborate with Application teams to validate product feasibility. Monitor adoption, ROI, margins, and customer satisfaction to guide product improvements. Act as the internal connector between our company’s departments and strategic customers. Drive product innovation and continuous improvement. Translate market insights into actionable solutions that ensure long-term business relevance. Draft pricing proposals that are in line with the market, and aid Finance in evaluating the cost-benefit ratios to optimize profitability based on those proposals. Lead cross-functional projects that impact product strategy (roadmap implementation, new product development), ensuring alignment across departments. The Product Manager must demonstrate strong project management skills to effectively drive product initiatives from concept to delivery. Who are we looking for? Degree: Master’s in business/IT or equal by experience Languages: Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French required. Experience: minimum 8 years experience in procurement, product ordering flows (plus: previous experience with PEPPOL) You combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of procurement and transactional processes. Experience with standards like PEPPOL and processes like P2P/ O2C is considered a major plus. what do we offer?
