Your Mission
Take ownership of a strategic cloud transformation program focused on modernizing a large-scale web landscape into a scalable, AI-ready, cloud-native platform.
You will be responsible for delivering a future-proof digital foundation while coordinating business, technology, architecture, security, and external delivery partners.
What You'll Be Driving
Migration of 400+ websites and 50TB+ of content
Cloud-native transformation using Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
Headless architecture and modern digital experience platforms
AI-ready ecosystem with intelligent search, personalization, and automation
Enterprise DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud security, and operational excellence
Standardization and industrialization of large-scale website migrations
Multi-vendor and international stakeholder management
Governance, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
Lead collaboration between business stakeholders, platform teams, and delivery partners
Manage dependencies across architecture, security, infrastructure, and development streams
Drive platform scalability, stability, and business adoption
Ensure alignment with cloud-first best practices and future operating models
Report directly to executive leadership and steering committees
Lead organizational change and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs
Strong background in cloud platform migrations
Experience with AEMaaCS, digital experience platforms, or large web ecosystems
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery environments
Experience managing complex multi-vendor environments
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Knowledge of DevOps, cloud security, APIs, microservices, and modern architecture principles
Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM)
