End-to-End Business Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives that enhance the way we operate, from strategy to execution.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our headquarters in Germany or Berlin office.
Your tasks – transformation meets impact:
* Drive end-to-end transformation programs that span across functions and geographies, ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget.
* Partner with senior leaders and C-level executives as a trusted transformation advisor, aligning on vision, priorities, and execution paths.
* Translate strategy into action using methodologies such as Business Process Management/Intelligence, Lean/Continuous Improvement, and Project & Change Management.
* Lead the diagnosis and redesign of business-critical processes, aligning people, process, and technology for maximum effectiveness.
* Establish strong governance frameworks and accountability structures to drive decision-making and ensure successful execution.
* Track and analyze transformation success metrics and adoption rates to ensure initiatives create lasting impact.
* Build and evolve the systems, capabilities, and governance needed to enable sustainable transformation.
Your profile – experience meets transformation mindset:
* Proven track record in leading global E2E transformation programs at a strategic level.
* Deep experience in process-centric transformation, including advanced use of tools like SAP Signavio and Celonis.
* Strong foundation in Lean and Continuous Improvement to simplify and optimize operations.
* Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions with measurable outcomes.
* Strategic relationship-building skills with senior leaders and executive teams.
* Strong governance, planning, and program management capabilities.
* Ability to measure and sustain change adoption across the organization.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to align and engage diverse stakeholders.
* Advanced proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of German or another foreign language is considered an asset.
