* Coordinating international export shipments from order to delivery
* Managing transport bookings and export documentation
* Handling customs and freight formalities
* Following up proactively on purchase orders and deliveries
* Acting as a central point of contact between customers, sales, supply chain, and logistics partners
* Solving day-to-day operational challenges with flexibility and creativity
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
* Strong knowledge of import/export, customs procedures, and sea & air freight formalities; experience with a freight forwarder is a plus. Knowledge of ADR/IMDG regulations is an asset.
* Fluent in English with a good command of French.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
* Accurate, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
* Valid Belgian work permit required.
