🌍 About the Role:


We’re looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Designer to join a large-scale global transformation and rollout program in a complex international environment.

This role sits at the heart of the programme — translating business requirements into end-to-end SAP solution design, ensuring alignment with a global S/4HANA template and enterprise architecture standards.


👉 This is not a pure functional role — we’re looking for someone who can own solution design across domains.


🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

* Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain
* Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated solution designs
* Drive fit-to-standard approach, challenging unnecessary customisation
* Lead solution design across core modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, Logistics)
* Ensure consistency with a global SAP template across multiple countries
* Partner with business stakeholders, integrators, and delivery teams
* Support impact analysis, design decisions, and solution validation
* Act as solution design authority across build, test, and deployment


✅ What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts (template-based)
* Strong background in Solution Design or Solution Architecture roles
* Deep understanding of end-to-end SAP process integration (Finance + Logistics + Sales)
* Experience working in structured delivery frameworks (e.g. SAP Activate)
* Ability to operate in complex, multi-country environments
* Strong communication skills — able to bridge business and IT stakeholders


⭐ Nice to Have

* Experience with multi-country rollouts
* Exposure to integration architecture and system landscapes
* Background in automotive, manufacturing, or distribution
* Experience in consulting environments (Big4 / SI)
