What You'll Do
* Lead and execute end-to-end testing activities across complex data pipelines and risk-related data flows.
* Validate data quality, completeness, and accuracy from source systems through to reporting and consumption layers.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and data engineers to ensure seamless delivery of data solutions.
* Analyze regulatory and credit risk requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and validation frameworks.
* Create, maintain, and improve detailed documentation covering test strategies, test cases, data mappings, validation procedures, and project deliverables.
* Identify risks, defects, and process improvements while driving testing best practices across the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of Regulatory and Credit Risk domains.
Proven experience with end-to-end testing of data pipelines, including data validation, reconciliation, and integration testing.
Solid understanding of data warehousing, data transformation processes, and large-scale data environments.
Ability to design and execute complex test scenarios covering functional, data, and business validation requirements.
Exceptional documentation skills with experience creating extensive, structured, and audit-ready project documentation.
Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
Experience within financial services or risk management environments.
Familiarity with data governance, regulatory reporting, or risk reporting frameworks.
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, and modern data platforms.
