Your Role
As Team Lead Operations Logistics Support, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of your team (approx. <15 direct and indirect reports). You coordinate activities, coach team members, and monitor performance to ensure optimal efficiency and service delivery. With a strong focus on people management, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, you contribute directly to the achievement of departmental and company goals.
You will:
* Oversee and coordinate daily activities within the operations logistics support team
* Translate the broader operations and logistics plan into a concrete action plan for your team
* Ensure work is planned, distributed, and executed in line with guidelines and procedures
* Lead, coach, and support your team members, fostering collaboration and positive culture
* Monitor performance and KPIs, taking corrective action when needed
* Drive continuous improvement by analysing and optimizing processes, techniques, and systems
* Support and deliver on assigned projects within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
* Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Continuously develop your expertise to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness
Your Profile
* Strong leadership skills: able to coach, motivate, and develop a small team
* Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with an eye for detail and efficiency
* Strong communicator: able to maintain clear communication with stakeholders at different levels
* Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and focus on continuous improvement
* Experience in operations, logistics, or team coordination is a strong asset
* Comfortable working in an international environment and across departments
