Product Manager – Savings & Investment Products
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in savings and investment products to support the development, enhancement, and management of life insurance and investment solutions.
In this role, you will act as a key partner to the Savings & Investment business, helping translate strategic objectives into concrete product initiatives and business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, marketing, legal, compliance, IT, reporting, and management to ensure successful delivery of projects and ongoing product improvements.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with analytical skills, business acumen, and an understanding of financial or insurance products.
Key Responsibilitie
* sManage and support the development and evolution of savings and investment products
* .Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and product specifications
* .Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, legal, marketing, compliance, IT, and reporting
* .Lead workshops and meetings with both business and technical stakeholders
* .Analyze commercial and financial performance data and provide actionable insights
* .Contribute to product design, process improvements, and implementation initiatives
* .Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior management
* .Ensure products and processes comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
* .Support the creation of commercial materials, product documentation, and communication tools
* .Define and document high-level process flows, reporting requirements, simulations, and product calculations

Required Qualificatio
* nsMaster's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business, Actuarial Sciences, or a related fiel
* d.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar rol
* e.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into business recommendation
