We're looking for a Finance Recruitment Consultant to own and develop our finance client portfolio, someone who's equally comfortable prospecting new business and nurturing existing accounts.
Your Responsibilities
* Build and grow a portfolio of clients in the finance and fiduciary sectors.
* Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
* Work hand-in-hand with our recruitment consultants to deliver a seamless client experience.
* Craft tailored recruitment solutions that genuinely address client needs.
* Position yourself as a trusted partner.
Your Profile
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in recruitment, finance or professional services.
* A real affinity for the finance and accounting world.
* Sharp communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, and hungry for results.
