What you will do
* Engage with internal and external customers to gather and analyze their needs, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet customer requirements
* Define and implement effective business configuration and rules in JSON format to customize the software functionality
* Perform testing of customized business configurations to ensure they meet customer requirements, including conducting peer reviews to validate the accuracy and quality of the configurations
* Onboard new customers and collaborate with market management, sales, and customer support roles to ensure a smooth transition to the medical platform and provide necessary training and support
* Accurately document and manage change requests following the established processes
* Provide engaging demonstrations to customers and communicate effectively to clarify needs and showcase solutions
* Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our onboarding and business processes to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
* Lead the start-up and growth of the application analyst team in Malaysia, building the foundation for future team growth and success
* Mentor and onboard new team members in Malaysia, providing training and ongoing guidance to ensure team success
* As the team grows, you will continue performing hands-on work while also taking on a team leader role to coordinate incoming requests, manage workloads across team members, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
Your profile
* Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
* 5+ years of experience in similar roles (configuration analyst, l2/l3 support, QA engineer, etc.), technical client-facing experience is a plus
* Proven team leadership experience, including mentoring, coordinating tasks, and managing distributed teams
* Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
* Experience in testing software customizations or a strong attention to quality
* Strong documentation skills to ensure accurate and thorough records of change requests and processes
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with a customer-centric mindset
* Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with geographically distributed teams across different time zones
* Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to acquire new knowledge, stay updated with new developments, and consistently sharpen expertise in the domain or technology
Preferred:
* Knowledge of BPMN or UML
* Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with medical software
* Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile tools and methodologies, basic programming skills, JSON/XML, and experience with Azure DevOps/Git, certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile)
