We are looking for an experienced Sales Project Manager to represent the Northwest Belgium region primarily the Flemish-speaking area, including the provinces of West and East Flanders, or the Brussels South-West region, primarily a French speaking area including the Brussels and French Brabant region.


Your Role:


* Drive project-based sales and create demand by influencing decision-makers during the prescription phase of projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with investors in residential, health care and the commercial segment, potentially also hotels investors, architects, designers, planners, investors, and other technical stakeholders
* Explain the added value of our products and services and deliver tailored solutions
* Actively prospect for new partners through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and exhibitions
* Manage existing relationships while driving new business opportunities
* Maintain CRM and offers with support from the back office
* Travel across the region with a company car; occasional office presence for meetings


Your Profile:


* Relevant degree (e.g., architecture, design, or business)
* Fluent in Flemish (Dutch) or French depending on the region; English preferred; French or Flemish is an additional language to your mother tongue is an advantage
* Several years of experience in project sales or similar industries, with strong sales and business development background (not just account management)
* Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills; proactive, flexible, and results-oriented
* Comfortable with cold calling, attending events, and creating demand; able to manage existing relationships while driving new business opportunities
* Existing network in the construction/project sector is a significant advantage
* Residence in Northwest Belgium (preferably in West or North Flanders) with knowledge of the local market, or in Southwest Belgium (ideally south of Brussels)
